NO ES OFICIAL. Gracias a Bloody-Disgusting hemos conocido que un blog llamado Idle Hands ha publicado una noticia relacionada con la empresa de figuras NECA. Al parecer, la empresa responsable de la figura Ghostface de Movie Maniacs, está preparando dos nuevas para el estreno de Scream 4. No podemos confirmar si esta noticia es cierta, pero el autor del blog comenta que uno de los dos modelos nuevos será Zombie Ghostface, y el segundo el "clásico". Supuestamente, el lanzamiento está previsto para febrero de 2011.
