¿Scream 4 = Original Halloween 4?

Dice www.imdb.com que el creador de Halloween, John Carpenter, escribió un tratamiento para Halloween 4, que tenía un enfoque psicológico más fantasmal de la mitología de Michael Myers. De lo poco que hemos visto sobre la ciudad de Woodsboro en Scream 4... hemos podido captar una fiebre por los asesinatos acontecidos 15 años antes. A la vez está bastante relacionado con la tercera opción de Kevin Williamson para el guión de Scream 3.

En segundo lugar tenemos a Olivia, Kirby y Jill, que parecen Linda, Annie y Laurie, de Halloween (1978). También unos crímenes que tienen lugar en dos viviendas muy próximas, el número 1005 y 1007.

Creemos que va a haber muchas conexiones entre Scream 4 y Halloween, sobre todo Halloween 1.
